The man considered to be the afrobeats poster boy will once again carry the message to London and the whole of the United Kingdom. This event will score a crucial and pivotal point in the globalization of the afrobeats genre.
The StarBoy and Sony Music acts have been on the road performing his new album More Love, Less Ego. And it does seem like the next venue to host the ongoing More Love, Less Ego tour is the Tottenham Stadium.
Wizkid’s More Love, Less Ego tour has touched America and it is Europe and the Tottenham Stadium especially that would host this event. The date has not been revealed yet but it is certainly on the way.
The date for the tour has now been revealed to be the 29th of July 2023. Wizkid’s camp and Tottenham Hotspur stadium have now confirmed this news through their official Twitter account. The show will be held after the conclusion of the football season so that there won’t be any inconvenience for both parties.
The Grammy award-winning artist will be the first Afrobeats artist to perform at the 62,850-capacity stadium on the 29th of July 2023. Another milestone in the glorious career of the Lagos-born artist. And afrobeats march to the summit of top-tier music genres in the world.
